Due to the perishable nature of flowers and balloons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos, and we will review the issue and offer a replacement or partial refund when appropriate.
